How to solve the problem of increasing noise of sewing machine

The sewing machine makes the needle bar move up and down through various transmission mechanisms, the cloth feeding teeth move on an elliptical track, the shuttle rotates, or the shuttle swings. All motion has motion gaps, and these motion gaps cause parts to bump into each other when the sewing machine is running, creating noise. The bigger the gap, the louder the noise, and the faster the speed, the louder the noise.

How to fix increased noise:

(1) When there is a lack of oil, add oil to the joints of the moving parts in time.

(2) If the rack is too loose, tighten the screws.

(3) If the fit gap between the shuttle and the shuttle support is too large, the shuttle bed can be removed, and the shuttle support spring can be adjusted to reduce the fit gap.

(4) If the feed dog touches the needle plate, adjust the position of the needle plate properly, and then tighten the fastening screw.
