How to solve the stuck hook

The rotary hook of the heavy material sewing machine is a part of the sewing machine for installing the bottom thread. The rotary hook occasionally gets stuck during the operation of the machine. We can refer to the following ways to solve this problem:

If the jamming is not serious, you can try the main shaft pulley to rotate forward and reverse. If the main shaft is OK, clean out the things that are stuck on the hook, and the machine can resume normal operation. If the card is very serious and cannot be solved by the above method, the positioning hook of the rotary hook must be removed. At this time, the inner column of the rotary hook is in an uncontrolled state. Tap with a small hammer in the opposite direction of the rotary hook. Appropriate, too much force will damage the hook. Another method is to directly remove the small screws fixed on the inner column of the hook, then remove the obstacles, and then reinstall the removed screws.

Of course, these situations are only for reference, and the solution needs to be determined according to the specific conditions of the machine. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, special maintenance personnel should be invited to repair it.
