Precautions for safe use of industrial sewing machines

1. Basic measures must be observed;

2. Must go through professional training, the performance of sewing machine equipment,

3. All safety devices should be checked before use;

4. Turn off the power immediately when installing the machine needle, replacing the machine needle, presser foot, needle plate, feed dog, looper, hook or repair;

5. Turn off the power when leaving the sewing machine or workplace;

6. When using the clutch motor, wait for the motor to stop completely before proceeding;

7. If the oil, lubricating oil and other liquids used in the sewing machine and its accessories flow into the eyes or touch the skin, they should be washed immediately;

8. It is forbidden to touch the parts or devices of the sewing machine when it is powered on;

9. The repair, transformation and adjustment of the main mechanism of industrial lockstitch sewing machines and overlock sewing machines shall be carried out by specialized technical personnel;

10. The general maintenance is carried out by special personnel;

11. Electrical repairs should be carried out under the supervision and guidance of electrical technicians;

12. The sewing machine should be cleaned regularly during use;

13. For normal and safe operation, a ground wire should be installed, and it should be used in an environment that is not affected by strong noise sources such as high-frequency welding machines;

14. The power plug should be installed by a special person;

15. Industrial lockstitch sewing machines and overlock sewing machines cannot be used for purposes other than those specified.
