(4) The lubrication system is complete, the oil line oil pad has good performance, and the pipeline is complete without aging. The oil quality meets the requirements, the oil passage is smooth, the oil window is bright, the oil standard is eye-catching, and there is no oil leakage.

(5) The operating systems are complete, sensitive and reliable, and the sliding parts operate normally.

(6) The inside and outside of the machine are clean, no yellow robes and no dirt. The original baking paint is not allowed to have serious peeling and scratches.

(7) The main parts are assembled in the original machine, and the spare parts after replacement shall not exceed 10% of the total number of parts (except wearing parts).

(8)“Over the line”The depth of the grinding and grinding shall not exceed 12% of the original size, and the sliding guide parts and spare parts shall not be severely bruised or bruised.

(9) The electrical system is sensitive and reliable, without leakage, and the installation meets the requirements. After the whole machine is connected to the power supply, it can work normally.

(10) The random accessories and materials (including parts sample books and machine manuals) are basically complete, kept properly, and should not be thrown around at will.
