KUIKE full auto Sunroof doubleside sewing machine is controlled by 11-axis servo control system, which can sew various dimensions of panoramic sunroof shades in width of 600mm-900mm and length of 400mm-1600mm.

Purpose:

The main function is to complete the joint seam of plastic strips and sunshade fabric in the process of panoramic skylight sunshade curtain with various sizes and plastic strips.With one-key size adjustment function, can realize automatic change in the range of width 600mm-900mm and length 400mm-1600mm. It has the function of automatic feeding of plastic strip and specified length cutting, and symmetrical sewing on both sides of mirror machine head. It can be applied to the production of panoramic sunroof shade products with plastic strip.
