Description

This Machine equipped with material rack, body part, conveyor line and ear loop welding part there, is an one-pull-one outer ear loop mask machine with full servo motor for producing the disposable surgical masks, and the mask was conformed to disposable masks standard with two-layer non-woven fabrics and the middle layer melt-blown fabric there. 

Work flow

 material loading/feeding → body mask folding & welding & forming → middle section automatic conveyance →ear loop ultrasonic welding→ finished product output → counting → finished product stacking → Conveyor belt device sending out.
